<p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support and Administration of SolidWorks PDM Professional, Intelex, D365 ERP, and other engineering systems </li><li>Work with a team to support and enhance applications, toolsets, and workflows </li><li>Work with external software vendors to develop, customize, implement, and maintain computer systems </li><li>Diagnose and solve a range of issues, including, but not limited to: software deployment, platform interoperability, migration strategies, installation and licensing, and software performance </li><li>Administration of new user or group permissions and review license usage and needs to support all users </li><li>Maintain synchronized data sets across multiple platforms </li><li>Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit, verify, and process information or data </li><li>Promote the use of best practices for electronic workflows </li><li>Documentation and standards governance as well as creation of needed SOP's and guidelines </li><li>Participate in process improvement activities </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li>Associate degree or minimum of 2 years of additional college courses in engineering or information technology preferred </li><li>2 years of experience in engineering systems, information technology, systems administration, or a related field preferred </li><li>Strong computer skills required; proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products required; Knowledge of Intelex, Solidworks PDM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and/or Nicelabel preferred </li><li>Must be able to use a computer for extended periods throughout an 8 to 10-hour period </li><li>Strong verbal/written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company match and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
