<p>Ready to get out from behind the desk? We're looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to join our manufacturing team. You won't just be answering phones. You'll be the "boots on the ground" across our facilities in Wisconsin and Minnesota, handling everything from software troubleshooting to physical infrastructure that support company wide IT initiatives Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Early Career: 2 to 5 years of IT experience </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li><li>Independent and Reliable: You don't need to be micromanaged to get things done. </li><li>Adaptable and Flexiable: You enjoy the energy of a manufacturing shop floor and can talk tech with anyone. Wlling/able to travel to Minnesota and New Berlin, WI on a regular basis </li><li>Communication : Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills </li><li>Ability to use basic hand tools and perform hands on installations </li><li>Basic networking Knowledge is helfpul </li><li>Experience with ERP system in a manufacturing setting </li><li>Experience supporting a multi-site environment </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support & Troubleshoot: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote users. Maintain IT helpdesk tickets </li><li>Get Hands-On: Install PCs, printers, and/or TVs. Assist with network setup, and other IT Equipment </li><li>IT Projects: Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and company-wide IT initiatives </li><li>Travel: Move between facilities to keep production humming. </li><li>Support a Microsoft-based environment (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, etc.) </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized IT environment (IDFs, wiring, equipment) </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>This Salary position offers a pay range of $40,000 to $45,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
