<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Yard Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of the assigned facility. The Yard Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Area Division Manager.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Directs the yard facility operations to ensure maximum quality production. </li><li>Works directly with customers to ensure open and clear communication regarding the delivery of completed pipe, as well as resolving any customer complaints. </li><li>Approves and directs all expenditures, including invoices and timesheets, to ensure expenses are within limits set for the facility and that labor costs fall within expected levels. </li><li>Assists with budget development, cost analysis, and monthly revenue forecasting. </li><li>Directs all personnel matters, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and onboarding of new employees. </li><li>Identifies, trains, motivates, and supervises all facility personnel. </li><li>Maintains a high level of quality and safety awareness. </li><li>Performs any other duties as assigned by the Area Division Manager. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Four-year college degree preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of NDT processes preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication skills required. </li><li>Knowledge of employee safety requirements required. </li><li>DuPont STOP Safety Program experience preferred. </li><li>Hazardous waste storage experience preferred. </li><li>Previous supervisory experience required. </li></ul>
