To build relationships and act as an account manager to our internal clients. Learn and understand our competitive market, competition, and unique culture advantages. Guide, support, coordinate through the interview process, and validate the ability to both perform the duties required and the cultural fit of potential new employees. This may include but not limited to searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking. The Recruiting Coordinator will be required to write offer letters and job descriptions, meeting preparation, make complex travel arrangements, conduct reference checks, assist in new hire orientations and onboarding, manage the recruiting database, support the college recruiting program, and more.
