As Research Coordinator I, your role is crucial in enrolling patients into clinical trials, completing IRB submissions, arranging treatments and collecting questionnaires related to various wellness and preventative medicine studies. Come join a culture devoted to pushing the needle forward in healthcare research.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with coordinating the compliant implementation and conduct of human subject research projects. </li><li>Maintain regulatory documents and binders, conduct data management, complete IRB submissions and communicate with the research team. </li><li>Report and complete serious adverse events and/or safety logs. </li><li>Communicate with sponsors, monitors and research personnel to ensure all aspects of study compliance. </li><li>Collaborate with primary investigators, sponsors and research caregivers to plan, conduct and evaluate project protocols, including research subject recruitment. </li><li>Schedule pre-site selection visits, site initiation visits, webinars, monitoring and close-out visits. </li><li>Plan, conduct and evaluate project protocols and research subject recruitment. </li><li>Monitor and report project status and research data. </li><li>Complete regulatory documents, data capture, monitoring plans and protocol-related activities. </li><li>Assist with preparing and responding to audits and maintaining research tools. </li><li>Complete certification in Human Subjects Research as required by the Responsible Conduct of Research guidelines adopted by Cleveland Clinic. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED and two years of clinical research or healthcare experience OR Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or a science-related field </li><li>Demonstrated proficiency with various computer-based skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, data entry, and EPIC) </li><li>Understanding of the basic concepts of study design </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or a science-related field </li><li>Mental Health experience </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
