In short, We Enable Possibility?.</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>This role helps assess, report, and drive actions that improve the overall performance of IT at Arch. You will engage directly with Product Teams and their members on the Agile Framework and practices in use across Arch IT, while partnering with the Corporate team to advance overall IT maturity. You will also support the maintenance and development of the Product-Oriented IT (POIT) training catalogue, ensuring a culture of systemic continuous learning.</p> <p>For individuals earlier in their career, this position offers a strong foundation in Agile delivery, IT governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders, gain broad exposure to enterprise IT processes, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact business performance. With plenty of room for growth, this role is a stepping stone to building both technical and leadership skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.</p> <p>This is a hybrid, twice-a-week, in-office role in one of our offices in Raleigh, NYC, or Jersey City.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Understands and develops within our Agile Framework and Product-Oriented IT, driving team maturity forward. </li><li>Prepares materials, presentations, how-to documents, reference guides, and procedures as necessary to facilitate understanding of the framework and model. </li><li>Identifies, schedules, and completes training as necessary to achieve shared understanding. </li><li>Reviews product releases, backlogs, sprints, and stories to collect metrics used to measure and improve the performance of our Agile practice. </li><li>Participates in the refinement and execution of our IT Product Maturity Model, suggesting changes based on practical experience of our product teams. </li><li>Maintains, updates, and tracks training reports within Arch University. </li><li>Identifies and recommends changes, as part of performing the role's responsibilities, to improve overall IT delivery. </li><li>Analyzes collected data to determine factors contributing positively or negatively to performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving outcomes. </li><li>Coordinates projects and activities to ensure completion on time with limited supervision from management. </li><li>Collaborates across teams and functions to ensure that all collected information is accurate and objective. </li><li>Develops an understanding of the IT SDLC process, software deployments, change boards, and IT controls. </li><li>Partners with the Product Governance team to build a collective understanding of IT performance across segments. </li></ul> <p>JOB SPECIFICATIONS</p> <p>Knowledge & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in Agile methodology and Product-Oriented IT framework is a benefit. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, and ability to plan and execute activities with limited direction. </li><li>Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to work with a sense of urgency and adapt easily to change. </li><li>Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organization. </li><li>Strong command of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Jira proficiency is a plus. </li><li>Ability to oversee and guide technical IT governance initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong willingness to learn and adaptability in approach.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in IT Governance or SDLC practice areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience developing and engaging with a broad training catalogue.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to create succinct narratives from broad data.</p> </li><li> <p>Aptitude to work both independently and in a team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Exemplary written and oral communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <p>Required knowledge and skills are typically acquired through:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field experience</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree in a related field.</p> </li></ul> <p>For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.</p> <p>$65,000 - 95,000</p> <ul> <li> <p>Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
