We support your career goals every step of the way.</p> <p>Location/Division Specific Information</p> <p>Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose drug manufacturing and development within our Drug Product Division (PSG).</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Our Project Managers are influential leaders, managing each project's profit and loss (P&L). They create shared value for our customers and our business, serving patients globally. This team is pivotal in navigating complex development projects.</p> <p>How You'll Make an Impact</p> <ul> <li>Manage client projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality. </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for clients, representing the company. </li><li>Lead project teams, providing coaching and feedback. </li><li>Ensure all project deliverables are met by the team. </li><li>Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations. </li><li>Resolve project issues and resource constraints with leadership support. </li><li>Communicate risks and develop mitigation plans. </li><li>Complete revenue recognition and financial reporting. </li><li>Conduct project close-out activities and identify lessons learned. </li><li>Gather client feedback and address it with the team. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>HS Diploma or GED required </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>3+ years of Project Management experience or Pharmaceutical experience required </li><li>Pharmaceutical development experience preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles. </li><li>Knowledge of GMP and the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. </li><li>Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to project timelines. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. </li><li>PMP certification or PMBOK knowledge preferred. </li><li>Benefits & Total Rewards | Thermo Fisher Scientific </li><li>Medical, Dental, & Vision benefits-effective Day 1 </li><li>Paid Time Off & Designated Paid Holidays </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>Relocation assistance is NOT provided</p> <p>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States if now or in the future, without sponsorship.</p> <p>Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening</p>
