<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Build positive team member relations. </li><li>Participates and conducts departmental meetings as necessary. </li><li>Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests. </li><li>Create and deliver comprehensive training programs covering all aspects of table games </li><li>Supervise trainees at practice tables, providing feedback on their dealing skills, game management, and adherence to casino policies </li><li>Educate trainees on all applicable gaming regulations, including responsible gaming practices, anti-money laundering procedures, and player protection protocol </li><li>Ensure training programs are in accordance with the Internal Controls </li><li>Works in coordination with the Director of Casino Operations and Casino Shift managers at both properties to evaluate, and when necessary, revise, current Internal Controls </li><li>Responsible for all attendance and performance tracking for Dealer Trainees. </li><li>Assist and participate in Job Fairs, recruiting, the interview process and new hire orientation </li><li>Monitors new and existing dealers in the pit to ensure proper dealing procedures are being followed. Provides retraining as necessary and needed </li><li>Provides administrative support to Casino Operations </li><li>Reports to director of Casino Operations and /or Table Games Manager </li><li>Creates a thorough, comprehensive syllabus for each table game </li><li>Creates a thorough, comprehensive training manual that includes sequential training lessons to be taught </li><li>Communicates and reports pertinent information and safety concerns in a timely manner to senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>Perform other duties as assigned</p> <p>WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL EFFORTS:</p> <ul> <li>The hospitality industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. </li><li>This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures.
