We're looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Manager</p> <p>The Facilities Maintenance Maintenance Manager will lead overall maintenance and reliability of all equipment within the state of the art Distribution Center. Providing Leadership oversight around maintenance, reliability, and workplace safety.</p> <p>A day in the life as a Facilities Maintenance Manager...</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians </li><li>Schedule and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety standards </li><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance programs supporting uptime for all equipment, including conveyance systems, AS/RS, and forklifts </li><li>Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of AS/RS systems, including robotic retrieval units, storage racks, and control systems </li><li>Oversee the maintenance and repair of a large forklift fleet, including electric and propane-powered forklifts </li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards for forklift operation and maintenance </li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies </li><li>Implement and maintain a robust Lockout/Tagout program </li><li>Generate and present regular reports on maintenance performance, including uptime, downtime, and cost analysis </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring to the table…</p> <ul> <li>Experience with specific AS/RS systems (AutoStore, Dematic) </li><li>Exposure to Lean Concepts/Methodology </li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and SQL </li></ul> <p>We'd love to hear from you if you have…</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred </li><li>5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a high-volume fulfillment center or similar industrial environment </li><li>Technical knowledge of complex conveyance systems, AS/RS, and forklift maintenance </li><li>Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations </li><li>PLC troubleshooting and basic electrical knowledge preferred </li></ul>
