<p>Staffmark is excited to offer a direct hire opportunity with a leading distribution company in Southaven, MS. We're searching for an experienced Building Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, with a strong focus on team leadership, process improvement, and facility management. This is a great opportunity for someone with a proven track record in warehouse leadership who's ready to take on a key role with a growing company.</p> <p>Pay: Up to $130K annually (based on experience)</p> <p>Shifts: Various shifts available - to be discussed during the interview process</p> <p>As a Building Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring a clean and organized environment that meets service standards. You will provide direct supervision to warehouse supervisors, leads, and employees, ensuring proper labor coverage for daily tasks. Your role includes ensuring compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations (such as OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, etc.), developing training programs, and creating effective shipping and receiving schedules. You'll also be responsible for managing equipment allocation, coordinating maintenance with vendors, and maintaining a productive, well-trained staff.
