<p>About the Role:</p> <p>Our Lead Machine Operator is a vital part of our production team, responsible for driving efficiency, quality, and safety across daily manufacturing operations. In this role, you'll oversee machine performance, provide hands-on support on the production floor, and lead a dedicated team of operators to consistently achieve shift targets.
