<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and audit earnings and deduction tables, preparing payroll entries, garnishments, and analyzing automated system output such as registers and standard reports. </li><li>Calculating deduction in arrears from employees returning from leave. </li><li>Troubleshoot payroll issues, determine root cause and partners with the Director of Payroll Services, HR and Finance to develop proactive measures to achieve best practices and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Develop business processes for the inputs and outputs of payroll cycles. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, analyzing and entering data using the WorkDay payroll system in accordance with policy and procedures. </li><li>Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures and have knowledge of what data and calculations are required in assigned areas. </li><li>Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information and reporting to leadership. </li><li>Ensures complete, accurate and timely processing of payroll data. </li><li>Collaborates with colleagues as well as other business areas, including Human Resources and Finance. </li><li>Assists with all Quarterly and Year End compliance processing and reporting. </li><li>Provides balance sheet period over period account reconciliation support. </li><li>Provides analysis and reporting as required and assigned by management. </li><li>Provides customer service by responding to employee questions and requests. Monitor the Payroll mailbox/tickets based on SLA. </li><li>Update timeclock and scheduling system, as needed. </li><li>Builds and tests new earnings and deduction codes in all payroll systems. </li></ul> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Hebrew SeniorLife is an equal opportunity employer.
