<p>AP Coordinator</p> <p>This is a full-time hybrid role for an AP Coordinator at LBMC W Squared. The AP Coordinator will report to the Senior AP Coordinator and will be responsible for providing professional, skilled accounts payable processing, while maintaining a focus on the success of W Squared and its clients. We are located in Brentwood, TN, and have hybrid working schedules with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous accounting experience as an AP coordinator is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Job Duties/ Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and process invoices for data entry while obtaining required approvals </li><li>Ensure accurate general ledger coding, correct payment amount, and timely payment submission </li><li>Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures </li><li>Build & produce weekly check runs, wire transfers and/or ACH payments </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies </li><li>Audit and process credit card bills </li><li>Maintain records, including vendor files thoroughly and accurately </li><li>Other duties, as assigned </li></ul> <p>LBMC OVERVIEW</p> <p>LBMC W Squared is a premier provider of outsourced accounting solutions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and more.
