This person works closely with their assigned team to provide strategic creative recommendations that align with the client's brand/retailer objectives and budget.</p> <p>Please include your portfolio link in your application; candidates without portfolios will not be considered. Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to our Mars United Commerce Detroit, New York or Connecticut locations.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Client Leadership, Strategic Planning and Creative teams to develop concepts that meet predetermined objectives and strategies </li><li>Develop an advanced knowledge of the Shopper Marketing discipline </li><li>Assist Creative Director in all aspects of creative execution, from initial concepts through production phase </li><li>Interact regularly with creative partners and other agency departments as needed for completion of assigned projects </li><li>Manage creative process on an ongoing basis, throughout all stages of production </li><li>Engage in new business presentations and spec work for potential clients </li><li>All other duties as assigned by Creative Director </li></ul> <p>SKILL SETS REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in graphic arts or related field </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in shopper marketing or retailer promotions </li><li>Mastery of applicable Mac software programs, including Adobe Creative Suite </li><li>A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies </li><li>Self-direction in daily responsibilities and ability to accomplish all tasks without supervision </li><li>Solution-oriented attitude in addressing day to day challenges of job </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication internally and with client </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
