The position is also responsible for the introduction of new parts related systems or product lines and in a manner that reflects the company's vision of working as "One Professional Team".</p> <p>Pay rate: $80,755.06 -$111,038.56* annual salary</p> <p>Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.</p> <ul> <li>Pay Differentials for location and/or shift may apply </li></ul> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Lead software strategy: Identify, evaluate, and recommend software solutions to optimize warehouse operations and business performance. </li><li>Process oversight: Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes and procedures for all parts warehouses. </li><li>Implementation & training: Manage rollout of new software and updates, including staff training and adoption strategies. </li><li>Continuous improvement: Assess system performance, accuracy and operational workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability. </li><li>Vendor collaboration: Collaborate with software providers and internal peers to resolve issues and implement enhancements. </li><li>Reporting & analysis: Partner with Business Intelligence teams to create Power BI dashboards and reports for operational understandings. </li><li>Compliance & best business practices: Facilitate operational reviews and ensure adherence to industry-leading standards. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager. </li><li>Establishes (with Parts Operations Manager) and monitors management controls that enhances department efficiency </li><li>Prepares and monitors the development of Data Systems, and the training of Parts employees in proper use of systems </li><li>Performs periodic (scheduled and non-scheduled) audits of business transactions </li><li>Coordinates effective functioning of all department paper-and-electronic systems, procedures and records </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>25%- 50% </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Safety Awareness </li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics </li><li>Software evaluation and implementation expertise </li><li>Project management and organizational skills </li><li>Analytical and problem-solving ability </li><li>Effective communication and training skills </li><li>Advanced knowledge of DBS </li></ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily warehouse-based with office/administrative responsibilities </li><li>May involve occasional lifting up to 40 lbs </li><li>Exposure to varying temperatures (hot, cold, or drafts) </li><li>Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and machinery </li><li>Possible exposure to dust, fumes, or odors </li><li>Fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety protocols </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Clear verbal communication </li><li>Frequent walking and standing </li><li>Regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and typing </li><li>Adequate hearing for communication and safety </li><li>Ability to lift, carry, or move items up to 40 lbs </li><li>Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>3+ years in-house training experience </li><li>3+ years in warehouse operations or systems management </li><li>5+ years customer service experience </li><li>5+ years technical or mechanical experience </li><li>Experience with software implementation and process improvement </li><li>Advanced Excel and reporting tools knowledge </li><li>Supervisory experience preferred </li><li>Dealer Business Systems background including development, implementation, and support of dealership operating system </li><li>Logistical Support background including ground/air transportation, warehousing, and dealership transport administration </li></ul> <p>Additional Eligibility Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must pass all required pre-employment screenings which may include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcohol testing, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits: Wagner Equipment Co. provides the following benefits to all full-time employees</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) Plan </li><li>Company Paid Holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Life and AD&D Insurance </li><li>401K Savings Plan </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP) </li></ul> <p>Other Duties:</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
