<p>Responsible for the overall management, supervision, and operation of the childcare program for McLeod Health</p> <p>employees.</p> <p>Serve as the primary liaison between the childcare program and McLeod Health.</p> <p>Develop and implement program policies in alignment with state licensing, quality initiatives, and McLeod Health</p> <p>policies.</p> <p>Recruit, hire, train, and supervise teachers and support staff</p> <p>Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement</p> <p>Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and technical assistance</p> <p>Ensure delivery of developmentally appropriate, engaging curriculum that aligns with best practices in early</p> <p>childhood education</p> <p>Monitor classroom practices and learning outcomes</p> <p>Implement programs to support families and work-life balance</p> <p>Handle inquiries, tours, family concerns promptly and professionally</p> <p>Collaborate with McLeod Health to align services with strategic initiatives</p> <p>Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulatory standards</p> <p>Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and staff training to ensure a safe environment</p> <p>Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs including building, grounds, and vehicles</p> <p>Create and consistently update staffing schedule each month</p> <p>Oversee student field placement experience through local schools and colleges</p> <p>Develop partnerships with community and state agencies</p> <p>Develop and manage center budget, payroll financial reporting</p> <p>Monitor enrollment projections and track and report key performance metrics to McLeod Health</p> <p>Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for events or emergencies</p> <p>Work Schedule: 80 hours-bi-weekly</p> <p>Qualifications /Training:</p> <p>Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a licensed childcare facility or school setting</p> <p>Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education:</p> <p>Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field</p> <p>Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses.
