If you're passionate about renewable energy and want to "Make the Difference" by building a lasting positive impact on the planet and communities everywhere, join us at CS Power Systems-where your talent can help shape the clean energy revolution.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Coordination & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Assist in managing day-to-day project activities from pre-construction through closeout </li><li>Lead Coordination with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants </li><li>Track project progress, support schedule updates and recommend adjustments to meet deadlines </li></ul> <p>Document Control & Submittals</p> <ul> <li>Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews </li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and records </li><li>Ensure all documents comply with contract requirements and specifications </li></ul> <p>Cost & Budget Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist in cost tracking, change order management, and budget control </li><li>Review subcontractor invoices and support payment applications </li><li>Identify potential cost risks, develop mitigation strategies and implement solutions </li></ul> <p>Procurement & Materials</p> <ul> <li>Support procurement of materials and equipment </li><li>Track material deliveries and ensure alignment with project schedule </li><li>Coordinate with vendors to resolve supply or quality issues </li></ul> <p>Quality Control</p> <ul> <li>Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and codes </li><li>Participate in inspections and quality assurance processes </li><li>Help resolve field issues and coordinate corrective actions </li></ul> <p>Safety Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Support implementation of site safety plans and procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards </li><li>Participate in safety meetings and audits </li></ul> <p>Communication & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports </li><li>Communicate project updates to stakeholders </li><li>Support meetings and track action items </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of related field experience </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings </li><li>Proficiency in project management software </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices </li></ul> <p>Preferable:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in Solar or related industry experience </li><li>Proficiency in Mandarin </li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software </li></ul> <p>#CSPowerSystems</p>
