In this role, you will maintain trial coordination responsibilities, serve as the institution's Head CRA and primary point of contact for all SWOG and NCI communications, manage CTEP-IDs, SWOG and NCI CIRB rosters, and coordinate NRG roster activities with University Hospitals. In addition, you will communicate monthly Institutional Performance Reviews and Data Delinquencies to Research Coordinators, lead education sessions, and serve as the primary contact for audits related to these trials.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works the option to work a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with two days on-site and three days remote.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between department and outside communities.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in budgetary processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and three years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training</p> </li><li> <p>OR Associate's Degree and five years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>OR Master's Degree and two years of experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting</p> </li><li> <p>Research experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $57,510.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $87,697.50</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
