<p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Product and Portfolio Analyst, Business Process Engineering will be responsible for working with various business lines within the organization to understand their core processes in an effort to help them determine the best way forward when using technology solutions to scale the business. Additionally, the position will own, drive, and manage assigned projects within a portfolio's business unit. As part of this role, the position creates and manages requirements, project governance, alignment, project plan, deliveries, communications, and budgets. This role will support the creation of detailed business requirements needed to accurately assess whether in-house (e.g., SAP) solutions or vendor solutions will be the best fit and a phased project plan to define the timelines for delivery.</p> <p>This is a full-time, exempt position located in our Chesterbrook, PA offices with the expectations of a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Support business process design and mapping </li><li>Learn to cultivate a customer-service mindset and build strong relationships across the organization that are role appropriate </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of assigned businesses areas </li><li>Support the translation and communication of complex business requirements into tangible solutions that the business and clinical teams can own </li><li>Help solve complex business challenges through technology </li><li>Work with product engineering team to build and deliver products that positively affect the patient experience and business as a whole </li><li>Manage project sponsor and stakeholders </li><li>Establish project governance </li><li>Set communication expectations with business and deliver necessary storylines </li><li>Identify, manage, and mitigate risk, issues, and changes </li><li>Escalate risk, issues, roadblocks, etc. to appropriate management levels and manage escalations through to resolution </li><li>Establish understanding across executive teams to validate business case </li><li>Collate project resources </li><li>Formalize project, hypercare, and implementation plans </li><li>Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, constraints, and dependencies </li><li>Create and implement Change Management & Business Readiness efforts </li><li>Deliver per established project milestones </li><li>Perform other duties and projects, as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:</p> <ul> <li>H.S Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field </li><li>2+ years of experience in highly respected technology, biotech, consulting, or related firms, </li><li>2+ years of experience in a product analyst, product owner, or project manager role, </li><li>Excellent written and oral presentation skills </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leaders, effectively push back and ask questions that generate solutions (strong risk management skills) </li><li>Relationship building skills across all levels within an organization </li><li>Medical technology, specialty pharmaceutical, or durable medical equipment experience preferred </li><li>Multi-national corporate knowledge preferred </li></ul> <p>OTHER:</p> <ul> <li>Travel up to 40% </li><li>Ability to lift up to 20 pounds </li></ul> <p>Novocure is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including Veterans/Disabled.</p> <p>ABOUT NOVOCURE:</p> <p>Our vision</p> <p>Patient-forward: aspiring to make a difference in cancer.</p> <p>Our patient-forward mission</p> <p>Together with our patients, we strive to extend survival in some of the most aggressive forms of cancer by developing and commercializing our innovative therapy.</p> <p>Our patient-forward values</p> <ul> <li>innovation </li><li>focus </li><li>drive </li><li>courage </li><li>trust </li><li>empathy </li></ul> <p>Nearest Major Market: Philadelphia</p>
