Your expertise in data governance, modeling, and integration will set the gold standard for data excellence within the organization. Your architectural guidance will lay the foundation for informed decision-making, propelling us to the forefront of technological advancement.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute data management strategies and architecture to enhance data quality and accessibility </li><li>Guide data architecture and data management efforts, encompassing the establishment of policies, standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. </li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to extract valuable insights from data assets. </li><li>Establish best in class data architecture for data management and integration platforms. </li><li>Take ownership of data infrastructure and related tools to facilitate business operations. </li><li>Manage middleware, API and big data technologies. </li><li>Implement and uphold data security measures, ensuring privacy compliance. </li><li>Contribute to data-informed decision-making that aligns with the company's objectives. </li><li>Manage and mentor a team of data professionals as applicable. </li><li>Promote an inclusive work environment and facilitate individual and team achievements. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex data challenges </li><li>Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences </li><li>Understanding of business processes and the ability to align data architecture with organizational goals </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <p>The annual base salary range for this position is $137,000 - $171,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>This position is incentive plan eligible.</p> <p>In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
