You will take ownership on key deliverables including insightful reporting and financial risk and opportunities that influence critical decisions at the highest levels of the organization.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for centralized company-wide revenue planning, expense management and standard reporting for key insight reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide and support FP&A and CFO organization teams by delivering clear structure and governance over planning directions, financial frameworks, and standardized reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzes business/revenue trends and expense run rates to access risks/opportunities in the development of key insight reporting for executive management with recommended action plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Partnership and Collaboration with global finance leaders to provide budget updates and variance explanations to executive leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and consolidated risk and opportunity frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support scalable business growth.</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years of finance or accounting experience and/or business analysis experience</p> </li><li> <p>Highly proficient in Excel, Essbase, Oracle,</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent business partnering skills with focus on consulting and influencing mindset with demonstrated leadership ability</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent business judgement and self-starter capabilities with high attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-past environment</p> </li><li> <p>Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success</p> </li><li> <p>Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully</p> </li></ul> <p>We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
