Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Agility, Respect, Excellence are Webster's values, these set us apart as a bank and as an employer.</p> <p>Come join our team where you can expand your career potential, benefit from our robust development opportunities, and enjoy meaningful work!</p> <p>Position fields call direct from Clients, the Contact Center, Financial Centers, and other Line of Business departments looking for assistance with Residential Loans and operational inquiries.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to handle large volumes of phone calls from department hunt group.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate in a professional, ethical manner to resolve issues or requests at hand.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to listen to calls and conversation, while performing tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform accurate data input into a variety of loan servicing systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Draft by Phone payments received via Contact Center.</p> </li><li> <p>Receive and review incoming loan items, contacting appropriate resources as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow procedure and looks for ways to improve processes while being able to pivot during times of fast pace.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all client requests are answered in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner while adhering to department Service Level Agreements.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with receiving, sorting and log coding mail items.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with questions during large volume mailings and year end items, such as Mortgage Tax Forms, escrow analysis documents or Loan Sale/Purchase Letters.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with general Escrow questions and ability to review escrow analysis statements with borrowers.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with completing Verification of Mortgages and Re-Cast Requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and ongoing risk management.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with Client outreach call requests from Investor and Operational Controls departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Process and/or adjust payments received.</p> </li><li> <p>Automatic Loan Payment inquiries.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with Probate, Deceased borrower and Successor in Interest tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Daily operational maintenance tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate within a team environment as well as self-directed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements and Preferred Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer Service and Call Experience Required.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous Banking experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous Residential loan servicing experience and/or loan document knowledge required.</p> </li><li> <p>MSP (Black Knight) Servicing System knowledge would be beneficial.</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce Knowledge would be beneficial.</p> </li><li> <p>Nautilus, ODIN, Signature or Encompass application Knowledge would be beneficial.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in a loan servicing call center at a credit union, bank, or other financial institution a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Agility, sense of urgency, and the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiples tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Team oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED and prefer a minimum of 2 year's related experience in a financial services organization handling loan servicing.</p> </li></ul> <p>The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 USD hourly. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
