Schwab Advisor Services serves over 16,000 independent advisory firms who custody over $5 trillion of assets with Schwab.</p> <p>Within Advisor Services, this role sits on the Offer Development, Delivery and Analytics team- where data, strategy, and innovation come together to shape how we service advisors.</p> <p>As a Senior Manager, Analytics Consultant, you'll translate complex data into clear insights that influence strategy, inform new offer development, and support senior-level decision making. You'll work closely with partners across Advisor Services to explore opportunities, test ideas, and deliver recommendations that help advisors-and Schwab-grow.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through ambiguity, building strong partnerships, and using analytical thinking to drive meaningful business outcomes.</p> <p>Key Outcomes and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end analyses (frame the problem, pull and explore data, analyze results, and synthesize insights) to deliver data-driven recommendations </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams to size, test, and develop new offers and share insights with senior stakeholders </li></ul> <p>We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.</p> <ul> <li>Orlando: 1958 Summit Park Dr, Orlando FL 32810 </li><li>Westlake: 3000 Schwab Way, Westlake, TX 76262 </li><li>Denver: 9800 Schwab Way, Lone Tree, CO 80124 </li><li>Austin: 11800 Schwab Way, Austin, TX 78758 </li></ul> <p>What you have</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, engineering, finance) or equivalent experience </li><li>Ability to work independently with ambiguity-pull, explore, and analyze data and turn it into recommendations </li><li>5+ years using SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis </li><li>Strong ability to build cross-functional partnerships with leaders and stakeholders </li><li>Expert use of PowerPoint and Excel </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree (MBA or master's in a related field) </li><li>5+ years with statistical tools (R, SAS); AI/machine learning experience is a plus </li><li>5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a B2B environment </li></ul> <p>In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.</p>
