The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into presentation-ready dashboards allowing our customers to make more informed decisions. Your primary responsibilities will involve working across departments to analyze and understand datasets and create product-specific dashboards using our new, modernized technology stack.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies</p> </li><li> <p>Create visually engaging and user-friendly dashboards using our Business Intelligence application, Sigma Computing</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure dashboards effectively communicate key metrics and KPIs related to our products</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data to ensure correct representation of data in dashboards</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize best practices in information design and data visualization to present complex information clearly, making it easy for users to understand and act on</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain data integrity by identifying data quality issues and working with data source teams to remediate issues</p> </li><li> <p>Stay up to date on industry trends in analytics</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain documentation on methodologies and design frameworks to share within the organization</p> </li></ul>
