<p>Perform professional administrative and staff support for executive leadership team to ensure operations run efficiently.</p> <ul> <li>Manages and maintains schedules, coordinates and organizes various meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel. </li><li>Prioritizes, compiles and distributes various correspondences. </li><li>Receives, screens and responds to incoming calls and messages. </li><li>Composes, proofreads and finalizes correspondences, memorandums, reports, meeting minutes and presentations. </li><li>Enters purchase requisitions and expense reports into database. </li><li>Maintains professionalism in handling confidential/sensitive information for executive leadership team. </li><li>Communicates with all levels of the organization as well as external parties. </li><li>Maintains office supplies, office equipment and filing systems. </li><li>Participates and contributes to special projects. </li><li>No supervisory/management authority. </li><li>Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li><li>Associate's degree in business or related field and five (5) years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Working knowledge of film and television, with a strong alignment to the mission of Cherokee Film. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changes, manage competing demands and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events. </li><li>Ability to proactively anticipate needs/priorities and respond accordingly. </li><li>Ability to prioritize work schedule and function with minimum supervision. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and display integrity, accountability and respect in dealings with internal and external customers. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and office/business procedures and equipment. </li><li>Excellent project management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously against deadlines. </li><li>Ability to maintain a positive professional working relationship with management and coworkers. </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. </li></ul>
