<p>Senior Financial Analyst</p> <p>On-site</p> <p>This role will focus on analyzing and preparing financial data related to revenue and gross margin. You will work closely with Global teams to ensure accurate allocation of revenue and cost, assess their impact on gross margin, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability. This position is crucial for driving informed financial decision-making across the organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare revenue and cost allocations for both Domestic and International divisions. </li><li>Develop strong partnerships with the Global Accounting team. </li><li>Calculate Franchise data accurately and efficiently. </li><li>Update and maintain data sources to support the demand planning process. </li><li>Manage and update the financial components of the product database. </li><li>Own the preparation of monthly financial reports and variance analysis across revenue, gross margin, and OPEX for specific business units. </li><li>Support the forecasting and budgeting process by collecting data, performing data cleansing and staging, and helping update financial models. </li><li>Partner with Directors of FP&A to support key business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) with financial tracking and ad hoc analysis. </li><li>Support FP&A directors with analysis for business cases, pricing decisions, and promotions through ensuring that data is tied together and staged. </li><li>Help prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership team meetings. </li><li>Ensure data integrity across systems and assist in identifying process improvement opportunities. </li><li>Assist in maintaining financial dashboards and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools. </li><li>Facilitate the analysis of operating expenses by comparing budgeted vs. actual results. </li><li>Identify trends and provide insights to improve cost efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a corporate accounting or finance environment. </li><li>Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and other advanced formulas. </li><li>Experience with Power BI </li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. </li><li>Understanding of accounting, budgeting and financial statement principles, concepts, and analysis. </li><li>Knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting a plus. </li><li>Great attention to detail. </li><li>Great Plains and SAP experience is a plus </li><li>Mandarin speaking is a plus </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>At ZAGG & Mophie, we're at the forefront of innovation, empowering mobile lifestyles in an ever-evolving world.</p> <p>We deliver premium solutions that keep your devices connected, protected, and looking their best.
