<p>Location</p> <p>This position is located at 6170 W Grand Ave, Gurnee, Illinois, 60031 United States</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer in all areas of the salesfloor.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <p>Customer Experience</p> <ul> <li>Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions </li><li>Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store </li><li>Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashier </li></ul> <p>Teamwork + Communication</p> <ul> <li>Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others </li><li>Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team </li><li>Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things </li><li>Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment </li></ul> <p>Visual + Business Operations</p> <ul> <li>Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer </li><li>Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product </li><li>Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in customer service </li><li>Experience being a team player </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture </li></ul> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
