Because we know that when we produce less waste, we'll be able to leave a cleaner, healthier planet to the generations to come. </li><li>As a Product Recovery Associate, contributing to the recovery and sustainability work in the store, you will: </li><li>Contribution in minimizing all internal damages or other costs related to IKEA products. </li><li>Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, such as repackaging and assembly. </li><li>Present IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the store. </li><li>Support the quality work in the store in order to constantly improve customers' quality perception of IKEA products. </li><li>Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products. </li><li>Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers. </li><li>Working in multiple roles while being able to complete tasks in an efficient manner. </li></ul> <p>Our team within IKEA</p> <p>Growth is in our team DNA, we thrive on discovering new horizons, pushing boundaries and exploring uncharted territory.
