If you are ready to contribute to a dynamic and caring healthcare team, join us at Hendricks Behavioral Hospital (HBH), where your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and clinical education. and responsibilities.</p> <ul> <li>Implement and oversee infection control measures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment within the hospital. </li><li>Develop and update infection control policies in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Conduct training sessions to enhance clinical knowledge and promote adherence to best infection control practices in patient care; fostering a culture of awareness and accountability. </li><li>Monitor and enforce compliance with infection control policies and procedures across the hospital. </li><li>Conduct investigations in the event of infectious disease outbreaks and formulate effective response strategies. </li><li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement timely and appropriate interventions during outbreaks. </li></ul> <p>Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Education & Licensure: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing; valid Indiana State license to practice as a Registered Nurse and demonstrates an understanding of the epidemiology and infectious disease principles in the hospital. MSN preferred. </li><li>Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Registered Nurse and experience with infection control preferred.
