Come build what matters.</p> <p>ACE Implementation Controls Engr - Sterling Heights, MI</p> <p>What you'll do...</p> <ul> <li>Support the assembly and machining controls engineering deliverables for programs, from simultaneous engineering through program launch for all Global sites. </li><li>Implement and apply standard software and hardware controls architectures across all programs/plants, following the controls specification. </li><li>Ensure the identification and capture of lessons learned along with their application to new programs, as well as the impact to existing strategies and standards. </li><li>Support simultaneous engineering meetings with Tier I suppliers to orchestrate controls program reviews with all interested parties. </li><li>Participate in management program reviews and represent the controls organization in commodity discussions. </li><li>Drive the controls organization to resolve issues, including feasibility, timing, cost and workload. </li><li>Handle current scope program responsibilities. </li><li>Deliver new model program work for various programs supporting and working in either SE MI, Ohio or Windsor, ONT. </li><li>Travel up to 80% during peak program times - largely in the S.E.
