<p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to the Employee Purchase Program, providing timely and accurate responses. </li><li>Coordinate with distribution partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient processing of employee purchases. </li><li>Collaborate with various internal departments to support program requirements and address operational needs. </li><li>Maintain detailed records of employee transactions, communications, and program activities for reporting and auditing purposes. </li><li>Utilize business applications such as JD Edwards (JDE) and Salesforce to manage data, track requests, and facilitate workflow. </li><li>Monitor program compliance and escalate concerns as needed to appropriate stakeholders. </li><li>Contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience within the program. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related field. </li><li>Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and Salesforce is a plus. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication abilities. </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Customer Focus: Demonstrates a genuine commitment to providing excellent service to employees. </li><li>Teamwork: Works effectively with colleagues, partners, and departments to achieve shared goals. </li><li>Problem Solving: Proactively identifies issues and implements solutions. </li><li>Adaptability: Adjusts to changing priorities and program needs. </li></ul>
