<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Campus Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Success Coach Position</p> <p>Budget Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Success Coach Position</p> <p>Unit: Grant funded, Human Services, reporting to Morrisville Campus</p> <p>Professional Rank and Salary Range: Staff Assistant, SL2, $30 an hour</p> <p>Duration: Spring Semester</p> <p>Brief Description of Duties: The Success Coach will work closely with SUNY Morrisville faculty and agency partners to provide social/academic wrap-around services over the duration of the grant to students enrolled in the DSP Micro-credential.</p> <p>SUNY Morrisville is seeking a SUNY Morrisville Direct Support Professional (DSP) Success Coach Position</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating academic and social supports for all SUNY MORRISVILLE students enrolled in the training supported by this grant. </li><li>Case-managing student needs as needed </li><li>Communicating regularly to student cohort on next steps in programming or services </li><li>Conducting individual student meetings on a regular basis for advisement on training progression </li><li>Assist students with applying for micro-credential badges on a timely basis </li><li>Meet with grant planning team for this project and provide weekly updates </li><li>Meet individually with DSP Coordinator and DSP Success Coach </li><li>Work with the Norwich Campus staff on classroom or technology support for students </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Applicants for this position must have an earned associate degree.
