<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals that align with overall company objectives, particularly regarding customer satisfaction, order accuracy, and operational efficiency </li><li>Lead the team in the effective utilization of data analysis to make informed decisions, propose solutions for operational improvements, and establish accountability for outcomes </li><li>Oversee the comprehensive performance management process for all team members, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, performance reviews, and addressing developmental opportunities </li><li>Oversee the implementation, maintenance and development of relevant technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Including but not limited to Salesforce, Sync for Restaurant, Cisco Finess, Calabrio </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Customer Service, Supply Chain) and external partners (e.g., Owner Operators, DC personnel) to ensure seamless communication, resolve systemic issues, and align strategic initiatives related to customer service and order fulfillment </li><li>Analyze operational data, reports, customer feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure effective daily operations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 11 plus years specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
