<p>About the Role:</p> <p>This role reports directly to the Global head of Product Compliance with a primary focus on regional quality and regulatory functions. This role oversees the work in Western Europe, South Africa and Americas. Direct reports reside in Canada, United States, Chile, and Belgium with additional quality functions in the Netherlands. The position also works with key consultants located throughout the region. All work is in support of the corporate and local market strategic plan for products broadly categorized as cosmetics, dietary supplements, OTC, consumer and medical devices depending upon the local market requirements.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>This position directs the efforts of the team in the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement regional regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with person care, dietary supplement, OTC, and consumer device regulations in Europe and the Americas. </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities and consultants across target regions. </li><li>Oversee regulatory submissions, product registrations, and notifications where applicable. </li><li>Ensure labeling, claims, and marketing materials comply with international, regional and local laws (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA, ANVISA). </li><li>Monitor and interpret changing regulations and communicate their impact to internal stakeholders. </li><li>Lead the regional product quality strategy, including vendor qualification, audits, product specifications, and release procedures. </li><li>Maintain regional quality systems such as deviations, complaints, adverse events, etc. </li><li>Partner with R&D, Legal, Operations, and Marketing to ensure product development processes align with compliance and quality goals. </li><li>Guide product launches and updates in network marketing channels with a focus on regulatory readiness and risk mitigation. </li><li>Lead and develop a high-performing team of quality and regulatory professionals. </li><li>Build compliance capability across departments through training and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Build </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g. chemistry, biology, regulatory sciences). </li><li>10+ years of experience in quality, regulatory affair's or product compliance in person care, dietary supplement, OTC, and consumer devices. </li><li>7 + years of experience managing teams members in quality, regulatory affairs or product compliance. </li><li>5+ years of experience supporting direct sales business model. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of international regulations (e.g. EU Cosmetics Regulations, U.S. DSHEA, MoCRA, OTC monograph, Health Canada, LATAM authorities). </li></ul> <p>Bonus points for:</p> <ul> <li>Advance degree preferred </li><li>Foreign language a plus. </li></ul> <p>Our Benefits & Perks:</p> <p>You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
