Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech</p> <p>We are searching for the best talent for the Senior Manager, Early Intervention Market Access, Pricing, and ASP Execution to be remotely based in the United States.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Early Intervention Pricing Strategy (Analytics, Tracking, Forecasting, Communication)</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Janssen Pharmaceuticals and Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems (JJHCS) on market analytics and tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Lead commercial communication on pricing utilizing a consistent approach that aligns with corporate guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with National Director of Pricing, National Sales Director, and Finance to assist in the forecasting of future pricing evaluations based on leveraging deal analysis, organizational intel, and current trending</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate the impact of deals, strategy deployment, and pull-through of priorities on the organizations gross-to-net (GTN)</p> </li><li> <p>Field Contract Evaluation and Compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evaluate the impact of market access deals on the organization's Average Sales Price (ASP) and GTN</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data accuracy when evaluating ecosystem's (IDN, GPO, Customer) contracts, strategy deployment, and assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Track progress against contracts, identify and break down roadblocks with internal stakeholders, and collaborate with sales management to understand and address reasons for variance</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular (e.g., Monthly) contract reviews with the Field Sales Leadership, which includes expirations, compliance, and next steps (if applicable)</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the communication with cross-functional partners on contract adjustments, and implementation of changes within impacted markets and/or accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Market Access Assessment and Policy Insights</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the gathering of payor insights and analytics leveraging the current dashboards, policy tools, and additionally through collaborating with the Field Sales Organization (FSO)</p> </li><li> <p>Drive consistent organizational communication on policy updates, changes, and market developments on a regular basis</p> </li><li> <p>Shape the use and leverage of a payor dashboard for use with VP, National Sales Director, and SAMs to support the evaluation of plan effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Support HOB and ad-hoc strategic analysis by leveraging full dataset, which includes the use of internal and external data resources</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Development and Market Access Messaging</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally with FSO, Marketing, CommOps, Prof Ed, SCG, and others to drive execution of key market access and pricing strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the gathering of VOC feedback to shape development of new market access, policy, and pricing capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Liaison with patient and provider advocacy groups, societies and KOLs (i.e. Ortho, non-surgical sports, Rheumatology)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor competitive environment with a high level of awareness of customer behavior, coverage decisions, policy changes, reimbursement, health care mergers/acquisitions, partnerships, value based care, competitive contracts etc..</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree or equivalent required; Business/Marketing/Finance degree preferred. </li><li>MBA preferred </li><li>8 years' experience in healthcare / medical device marketing, sales, finance, or other commercial experience is required </li><li>Strong negotiation and account management skills </li><li>Excellent communication (communication, listening and social) skills </li><li>Previous payer or health systems experience preferred but not mandatory </li><li>Experience in sales, marketing, market access, payer relations, account management is strongly preferred. </li><li>Buy and Bill/Biologics/Reimbursement experience in the pharmaceutical or device sector is a plus </li><li>Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to lead and manage through change </li><li>Track record of success working within a matrix organizational environment; enterprise mindset decision-making. </li><li>Excellent listening, written, and oral communications skills; excellent organizational skills along with the ability to make sales presentations with positive results </li><li>Stakeholder engagement; which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions </li><li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills related to data-driven decision making, including Excel. Proven methodology to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure deployment of resources to result in delivery of annual commitment </li><li>Experience with consistent reporting to plan and pivoting when needed </li><li>Ability to travel required (~30%) </li><li>Individuals need to live within the current geography, near a DePuy Synthes office, or in proximity to reasonable transportation options </li></ul> <p>The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.</p> <p>The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
