Emphasis on psychoeducation, assessment and treatment of alcohol and other drugs. Adheres to practitioner-scholar model with multicultural competence. Other duties as assigned.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>70% - Essential - Direct Services: Clinical</p> <p>Provides clinical services to clients in individual, couples, workshop/group formats and online treatments with emphasis on treatment of alcohol and other drugs. Conducts Individual Assessments (IA) and makes recommendations for treatment modality. Generates/implements treatment plans from evidenced-based approaches. Utilizes assessment instruments as indicated by the presenting problem.</p> <p>15% - Essential - Administrative Duties: Documentation and Case Conference meetings</p> <p>Completes all clinical documentation in the electronic health record in compliance with the documentation time lines. Completes all necessary documentation to assist clients and as required by CAPS.</p> <p>10% - Essential - Administrative Duties: Research and Training</p> <p>Collaborates with Coordinator for Assessment, Choices, Transitions and Training (ACTT). Participates in program development, implementation and evaluation. Completes all Redfern Health Center mandatory training.</p> <p>5% - Essential - Professional Development:</p> <p>At all times, adheres to American Psychological Association's (APA) Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Ethics as well as American Counseling Association's Code of Ethics.
