When patient satisfaction is non-negotiable, the RayOne Galaxy emerges as a new premium lens solution designed to diminish dysphotopic compromise.</p> <p>Purpose of the Role:</p> <ul> <li>Primary objective is to drive and achieve the sales target for the premium IOL portfolio in LATAM including our newest launch, Galaxy. </li><li>Lead the Premium sector, through extensive knowledge of Rayner and competitor Premium IOL technology </li><li>Support and drive clinical expertise across the private sector groups in line with the Latam Strategy </li><li>Keep updated with market developments, providing regular training to the distributor sales team </li><li>Extensive travel across LATAM with particular focus on concentrated areas of private IOL surgery such a Argentina Colombia Ecuador </li><li>Develop a network of KOLs across the region maintaining a strong program of scientific promotions </li><li>Work closely with Marketing and Eye Sciences to increase podium presence, deliver high quality medical education, webinars, case studies and articles </li><li>Work closely with the Country Manager, Marketing Manager, sales agents, and distributors, </li><li>Plan, coordinate and implement clinical evaluations to ensure clinical acceptance of Rayner product range and technology </li></ul> <p>Core and role specific competencies</p> <ul> <li>Clinical and technical knowledge </li><li>Strategic selling skills </li><li>Can-do attitude </li><li>Relationship building </li><li>Adaptability and resilience </li><li>Persuasion & Communication </li><li>Business & Financial Acumen </li><li>Compliance & Ethics </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/ Training/Experience</p> <p>Essential:</p> <ul> <li>Transferable premium IOL market share </li><li>Experience selling into the Latam private healthcare environment </li><li>Experience within local ophthalmology sector </li><li>Extensive KOL/ophthalmic surgeon network in local sector </li><li>Full local Driving License </li></ul> <p>Desirable:</p> <ul> <li>Educated to Degree level </li></ul>
