And we want you.</p> <p>Mfg Inspector</p> <p>This role will assist Aeronautical Accessories manufacturing by inspecting parts, assemblies, raw materials and finishes.</p> <p>What you'll be doing has a Mfg Inspector</p> <ul> <li>Inspect various aviation parts and assemblies under supervision, to include operation of various equipment and testing instruments as required. </li><li>Working from blueprints, diagrams, engineering orders, etc., to verify compliance to design. </li><li>Approve and reject manufacturing work based on required standards, and effectively communicate approval/rejection status and related details to manufacturing and engineering. </li><li>Fully adhere to work instructions and other related policies, procedures and processes. </li><li>Begins to understand basic blueprints and manufacturing drawings with assistance. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills you bring to this role</p> <ul> <li>Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and instructions to team members and supervisors. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying defects and ensuring compliance with design specifications, Precision in documenting inspection results and maintaining accurate records. </li><li>Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in manufacturing and engineering. </li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>Ability to use basic measuring equipment such as scales, calipers, and tape measure </li><li>Ability to complete required documentation under supervision </li><li>Ability to perform entry level inspections in assigned area </li></ul> <p>What you need to be successful</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>0-1 years of experience related to job duties </li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) </li><li>CMM skills preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Capable of standing for extended periods during the entire duration of shift. </li><li>Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools. </li><li>Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks. </li><li>Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues. </li><li>Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed. </li></ul> <p>What we offer you in return</p> <ul> <li>You'll be off every Friday with our 4x10 work schedule </li><li>80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO) </li><li>120 hours Vacation time </li><li>12-13 paid holidays per year </li><li>6 weeks parental leave </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Competitive salary </li><li>Comprehensive health insurance </li><li>Access to Employee Resource Groups </li><li>And so much more </li></ul> <p>It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
