If so, we want to talk to you.</p> <p>An established growing solutions provider is expanding its footprint into the Tampa Bay market-including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Sarasota-and is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to lead the charge.</p> <p>This is a remote role with extensive fieldwork and hands-on customer engagement. You'll be the face of the company in one of Florida's most dynamic territories, responsible for growing brand presence, signing new clients, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prospect and generate leads through local networking, cold outreach, and field visits</p> </li><li> <p>Sell solutions directly to local business and property owners (primarily storefronts, restaurants, and resort or beach services and more)</p> </li><li> <p>Educate prospects on how they can monetize underutilized space and increase foot traffic with a win-win model</p> </li><li> <p>Handle initial onboarding of new accounts and remain available for customer support needs post-sale</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and community events throughout the Tampa Bay area</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a true partner to clients-handling occasional operational requests and contributing to overall customer satisfaction</p> </li><li> <p>Help shape the future of the business by providing feedback and rolling up your sleeves where needed (20% of the role will involve non-sales operational support)</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a high-activity, field-based environment-experience in transportation, parking, property management, or local business services a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Strong local market knowledge and established comfort navigating Tampa and surrounding areas</p> </li><li> <p>A fearless hunter mentality-you're not afraid to walk into a storefront, pitch a new idea, and close a deal</p> </li><li> <p>A self-starter who thrives with autonomy, but is also a team player who enjoys collaboration and shared goals</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a genuine desire to see small businesses succeed</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-KA1</p> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
