<p>Description</p> <p>Jefferson Manor Apartments is seeking a Porter.</p> <p>This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our multifamily community, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Upkeep of all common areas of the property including interior hallways, exterior grounds, parking lot and pool maintenance </li><li>Prepare recently vacated apartments for market readiness </li><li>Respond to service work orders, perform painting and pressure washing duties </li><li>Changing light bulbs </li><li>Assist the maintenance team with work orders, moving furniture (trash outs) </li><li>Expect heavy lifting, changing out toilet flappers </li><li>Furniture removals </li><li>Responsible for maintaining peak appearance of the property exterior at all times </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work FULL TIME </li><li>Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. </li><li>Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus. </li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs </li></ul> <p>Our Perks & Benefits:</p> <p>Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
