<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled Cyber Analyst to support a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) for an Intelligence Community customer in Aurora, Colorado. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats in a dynamic and mission-focused environment. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and is 100% onsite.</p> <p>Location: Aurora, Colorado</p> <p>Shift: Wed-Sat 10PM-8AM (3rd shift)</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Detect, identify, and report potential cyber intrusions, anomalous activity, and misuse </li><li>Analyze network traffic and system data to identify threats and vulnerabilities </li><li>Correlate security events and incidents using data from multiple enterprise sources </li><li>Perform cyber incident triage, including scope, urgency, and impact assessments </li><li>Recommend remediation actions and track incidents from detection to resolution </li><li>Assess damage to data and infrastructure resulting from cyber incidents </li><li>Conduct trend analysis and reporting on cyber incidents </li></ul> <p>Core Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of additional cyber experience in lieu of degree </li><li>2+ years of experience in cybersecurity </li><li>Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems </li><li>Experience with COTS technologies used in SOC environments </li><li>Knowledge of current cybersecurity technologies, principles, and protocols </li><li>CSSP-IR certification (e.g., CEH, CySA+) </li><li>IAT Level II certification, including one of the following: Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or CCNA-Security </li><li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with threat intelligence and vulnerability management </li><li>Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework </li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms and cloud-specific security challenges </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (based on experience and education)</p> <p>Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, federal holidays, and sick leave</p> <p>Application Period: Opens on June 13, 2025, and will be accepted for at least 30 days from the posting date</p> <p>#LI-NJ1</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p>
