Here, you will apply decorative arrangement, staging design, and detail orientated skills to create and maintain items for park shows and events.</p> <p>Job Status/Type: Seasonal</p> <p>Position Level: Associate</p> <p>Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.</p> <p>Typical Work Schedule</p> <ul> <li>3-5 days a week </li><li>Shifts can vary based on business needs and holidays </li></ul> <p>Benefits & Perks</p> <ul> <li>Free entry to ALL Six Flags Entertainment parks! </li><li>Complimentary tickets for friends and family </li><li>Discounts on food and park merchandise </li><li>Employee-only events and gatherings </li></ul> <p>Positions are currently available for those who are 18 or older.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>As a part of the Carowinds Staging and Decor team, your daily assigned duties would be as follows:</p> <ul> <li>Works with team to set up lights, staging, sets, sound, video and special effects, even if not in area of expertise. </li><li>Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions. </li><li>Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area, performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements, and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision </li><li>Other duties may be assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working on several productions in a fully equipped theater </li><li>Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. </li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. </li><li>Driver's license required. </li></ul>
