This role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of hotel maintenance experience and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. </li><li>Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all hotel equipment and systems function properly. </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment as needed. </li><li>Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. </li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel safety and maintenance standards during overnight shifts. </li><li>Assist with emergency maintenance issues, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs. </li><li>Maintain detailed logs and reports of completed work and ongoing maintenance needs. </li></ul> <p>All qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.</p>
