<p>Now Hiring: Skilled Maintenance Technicians! ?????</p> <p>Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping facilities running smoothly? We're looking for Maintenance Technicians to join our team and make an impact!</p> <p>Daily Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Inspecting and testing machinery and equipment to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications. </li><li>Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues to keep operations running seamlessly. </li><li>Collaborating with fellow maintenance team members to share insights and techniques. </li><li>Dismantling, repairing, or replacing defective machines and parts. </li><li>Installing and maintaining pipe systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. </li><li>Repairing and replacing gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and similar equipment. </li><li>Performing structural repairs to keep the facility in excellent condition. </li><li>Assisting with electrical, plumbing, and piping installations. </li><li>Monitoring and regenerating the deionizer water system. </li><li>Tackling additional tasks as needed to support the team and the company's goals. </li></ul> <p>Your knowledge and skills:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED is required. </li><li>Trade school experience or certifications are a plus, but not mandatory. </li><li>Proficiency in using hand tools effectively. </li><li>Ability to read, write, and comprehend English. </li><li>Basic understanding of electrical wiring, plumbing, and piping functions </li><li>Basic math skills to complete tasks accurately. </li><li>Comfort working in confined spaces and extreme temperatures (both hot and cold). </li><li>Physical stamina to bend, twist, and work overhead for extended periods (approximately 85% of the day). </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred. </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
