<p>Job Title: Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. </li><li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. </li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. </li><li>Review and approve subcontractor/vendor contracts. </li><li>Track costs, process change orders, and manage billing. </li><li>Monitor profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities. </li><li>Lead project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors. </li><li>Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. </li><li>Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance. </li><li>Ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. </li><li>Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Procore proficiency. </li><li>Experience with multi-family projects valued at $10M+. </li><li>Clean driving record. </li><li>Strong project management skills. </li><li>Expertise in construction management. </li><li>Experience in construction documentation and project engineering. </li><li>Proficient in document control. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with projects up to $30M in size. </li><li>Commercial construction experience. </li><li>Change order management expertise. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role requires onsite presence in Waterbury at project sites once or twice a week. A car allowance ranging from $400 to $600 per month is provided, depending on commute.
