<p>Danvers Public Schools is seeking reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic Substitute Teachers to join our Extended Year Program team. Substitute teachers will step in for special education teachers as needed, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment and ensuring continuity of instruction. This is a non-benefited, part-time seasonal position for the 2025 summer. This is a Monday-through-Thursday program, running from July 7, 2025, to August 7, 2025 Reports to ESY Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Deliver prepared lesson plans and activities as directed by the special education teacher or ESY coordinator Manage classroom behavior and foster a safe, respectful learning environment Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students Communicate effectively with program staff and administrators Maintain accurate attendance and classroom records as required Follow all school and district policies and procedures The Danvers Public School District is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in education and employment.
