At All Heart Home Care, we are the family you get to choose!</p> <p>The Scheduling Coordinator Position:</p> <p>This position will coordinate clients' in-home care needs.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Schedules employees as directed by client's care plan established upon intake. </li><li>Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
