<p>Port Clinton City Schools is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Athletic Director for the Middle School/High School (Grades 7-12) beginning with the 2025-26 School Year.</p> <p>About Port Clinton High School:</p> <ul> <li>Port Clinton HS is a proud member of the Sandusky Bay Conference (Bay Division) and competes in the Northwest District for OHSAA Tournaments. </li><li>In the 2024-25 school year, OHSAA Counts included 191 Boys and 168 Girls participating in athletics. </li><li>Port Clinton offers a robust athletic program with 22 Varsity Sports at the High School level and 13 Sports at the Middle School level. </li></ul> <p>Facilities:</p> <ul> <li>Port Clinton City Schools boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including: o A Football/Soccer Stadium with a Turf Field and Track, renovated in 2015 through community donations, with a capacity of 2400. o The stadium has hosted numerous events, such as Home Football Play-Off Games, Regional and State Semi-Final Soccer Matches, and Regional Track & Field Championships. o A Middle School Gym, built in 2012, and the High School Main Gym and Auxiliary Gym. The Air-Conditioned Main Gym was completely renovated in 2023, accommodating 1500 spectators. o The Hablitzel - Von Thron Tennis Center features 8 Lighted Tennis Courts on the MS/HS campus, which have hosted NW District Girls and Boys Sectional and District Tennis Championships for several years. Re-surfaced in 2022 o Upgraded Baseball and Softball Fields located on the high school/middle school campus, with renovations and new scoreboards completed in 2023 and 2024. o The Port Clinton Athletic Boosters Field House opened in 2021 featuring an Indoor Turf Field, Wrestling Room, and Weight Room, is one of three weight rooms in the district. o Learn more at www.pccsd.net under the "New Facilities" link or Port Clinton High School Athletics page. Additional Information: </li><li>Port Clinton City Schools employs an Athletic Trainer in partnership with Magruder Hospital and NOMS Healthcare to support our student-athletes. </li></ul>
