<p>#LI-AS1d</p> <p>Position Summary :</p> <p>The Scheduling Support Systems & Education Coordinator serves as the primary resource for training, education, and system support related to Smartlinx scheduling functionality. This role partners closely</p> <p>with center leaders to ensure effective scheduling practices, providing troubleshooting assistance, developing training resources, and promoting compliance with scheduling standards.</p> <p>Essential Functions :</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities & Duties :</p> <ul> <li>Provide Smartlinx scheduling support and troubleshoot system and workflow issues across centers </li><li>Deliver training and education to field leaders on scheduling processes, system functionality, and best practices </li><li>Develop, maintain, and enhance scheduling training materials, job aids, and documentation </li><li>Conduct timecard audits to support compliance, including PBJ requirements </li><li>Monitor schedule posting compliance and follow up with centers to ensure adherence to standards </li><li>Perform scheduling utilization audits and identify opportunities for improvement </li><li>Support workforce analytics initiatives related to scheduling, staffing, and labor management </li></ul> <p>Safety - When in our Centers:</p> <ul> <li>Knows and follows North Shore Health rules </li><li>Follows North Shore Health dress and hygiene policies </li><li>Follows North Shore Health smoking policies </li><li>Uses required protective equipment (as needed during center visits) </li><li>Follows infection control standards, policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Resident Rights:</p> <ul> <li>Knows Resident Rights </li><li>Helps the residents/patients exercise and/or protect their rights </li><li>Maintains confidentiality of resident/patient and employee information </li></ul> <p>HIPAA:</p> <ul> <li>Follows and adheres to North Shore Health's policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information </li><li>Uses and/or discloses only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks </li><li>Reports all suspected violation of company's HIPAA policies or procedures to North Shore Health Chief Compliance Officer </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</p> <p>This is primarily a sedentary role with extended periods of sitting (approximately 80%) with occasional walking or movement (approximately 10%) and limited driving (approximately 10%) for site visits as</p> <p>needed.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED (required) </li><li>Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience & Skills :</p> <ul> <li>Experience with workforce scheduling systems, timekeeping systems, or HRIS platforms (Smartlinx or similar preferred) </li><li>Experience supporting operational teams in scheduling, staffing coordination, or workforce management </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot system or workflow issues and guide users through resolution </li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes to non-technical users </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across locations </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in healthcare settings (e.g., skilled nursing, assisted living, or health systems) </li><li>Experience delivering system training or developing job aids and educational materials </li><li>Familiarity with labor metrics, staffing models, and scheduling compliance requirements </li><li>Experience supporting multi-site scheduling operations </li></ul> <p>Additional Expectations :</p> <ul> <li>This role will be based full-time at our Support Center in downtown Milwaukee </li></ul>
