This is an on-site position.</p> <p>Pay: $25.25-29.25/hour DOE</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Several Healthcare plans to choose from, dental (includes adult and child orthodontia) and vision </li><li>15 days of earned PTO your first year, 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays. </li><li>403b + match </li><li>Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday) </li><li>Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours) </li><li>Paid Time off between Christmas and New Year's Holiday </li><li>Paid Volunteer Time </li><li>Paid Parental Leave and Care Giver Leave </li><li>Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Free Employee Assistance Plan </li><li>Free Basic Dental </li><li>Pet Insurance options </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implement and deliver core resident programs designed to promote stability and success.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide individualized support for residents facing barriers to housing retention, including mental health, financial hardship, or legal challenges.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with local service providers, develop resource networks, and advocate on behalf of the community.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops, outreach, and community events to build resident engagement and awareness.</p> </li><li> <p>Collect and report program data to measure outcomes and inform continuous improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Offer trauma-informed support to residents and serve as a mentor to peers in areas such as hoarding, VAWA compliance, and other complex needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a site ambassador-welcoming volunteers, forming partnerships, and elevating the Mercy Housing brand.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Program and staff management experience. </li><li>One year of work experience in community development or social services required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field. </li><li>Three years of work experience in community development or social services preferred. </li><li>Experience conducting community assessments, applying the principals of conflict management, and organizing community groups, events or programs preferred. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting and valuing the perspectives and contributions of others, including residents. Must demonstrate a high level of verbal, writing and listening skills. </li><li>Perform basic computer functions using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. </li><li>Must demonstrate knowledge in data collection and analysis. </li><li>Effectively motivate and supervise other staff. Develop staff skills in support of resident and community programs and initiatives through training and mentoring. </li></ul> <p>This is a brief summary of the position.
